Cancellation policy

Najmuk – Order Cancellation Policy

At Najmuk, we aim to provide a flexible shopping experience while protecting the logistics costs incurred by our independent vendors. Please read our cancellation rules carefully before placing or cancelling an order.

1. Cancellation BEFORE Shipping (Full Refund)

  • Eligibility: A customer can cancel their order at any time before the vendor has shipped/dispatched the product.

  • Advance Payment Refund: If the customer paid in advance (via Credit/Debit Card, Mada, STC Pay, or Apple Pay) and cancels the order before shipping, they are entitled to a 100% full refund. No processing or shipping fees will be deducted.

  • Process: The full amount will be credited back to the customer's original payment method automatically within standard banking processing days.

2. Cancellation AFTER Shipping (Shipping Fee Applicable)

  • Strict Policy: Once the order has been handed over to the courier service or shipped by the vendor, the order cannot be cancelled for free.

  • Mandatory Shipping Fee: If a customer insists on cancelling the order or refuses to accept the delivery after it has been shipped, the customer is strictly liable to pay the shipping fee.

  • Advance Payment Refund (With Deduction): If the customer paid in advance and cancels/refuses the order after shipping, the shipping fee will be deducted from their advance payment. Only the remaining balance (Product Price minus Shipping Fee) will be refunded to the customer.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Cases: If the customer chose COD and refuses the package after shipping, Najmuk reserves the right to restrict their COD privileges or suspend their account until the delivery costs are settled.

3. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Open the Najmuk App and go to My Orders.

  2. If the order status is "Pending" or "Processing" (Not Shipped), a Cancel Order button will be visible. Click it to cancel instantly.

  3. If the order status is "Shipped" or "In Transit," the cancellation button will be disabled, and any return/refusal will trigger the shipping fee deduction outlined in Section 2.
