Najmuk – Shipping & Vendor Fulfillment Policy

Najmuk is a multi-vendor marketplace platform. To ensure a premium and reliable customer experience, all registered vendors are strictly bound by this Shipping and Fulfillment Policy. Non-compliance will result in immediate penalties or account suspension.


1. Same-Day Order Processing Obligation

  • Strict Timeline: As soon as a vendor receives an order notification on the Najmuk platform, the vendor is strictly bound to process the order on the SAME DAY.

  • Any delay in processing orders without prior notification to Najmuk management will negatively impact the vendor’s performance rating and may incur penalties.

2. 'Ready to Ship' Status Criteria

  • Accurate Status Updates: A vendor must ONLY update the order status to "Ready to Ship" after the product has been fully, securely packed and is 100% ready to be handed over to the delivery courier/delivery boy.

  • Updating the status to "Ready to Ship" while the item is still unpackaged or out of stock is strictly prohibited and considered a violation of Najmuk marketplace rules.

3. Mandatory Packing Video Proof (7-Day Retention)

To protect the marketplace from disputes and fraudulent claims, vendors must maintain proof of accurate fulfillment:

  • The Video Requirement: While packaging the order, the vendor MUST record a continuous, unedited video of the packing process.

  • What the Video Must Show:

    1. The Customer’s Details (Name, Order ID, and Shipping Label) must be clearly visible in the video before or during packing.

    2. The actual product being inspected and placed inside the packaging box/bag to prove it was sent in perfect condition and is the correct size/color.

  • 7-Day Retention Policy: The vendor must securely save this video proof for at least 7 days from the date of delivery.

4. Liability & Dispute Resolution (No Video = Vendor's Loss)

  • Customer Claim Scenario: If a customer receives a damaged product, wrong size, or incorrect color and files a return/exchange request with photo/video proof, Najmuk will audit the dispute.

  • The Deciding Factor: Najmuk will request the packing video from the vendor.

  • Vendor’s Liability: If the vendor FAILS to provide the mandatory packing video proof showing the customer's details and the product condition, the vendor will be held completely responsible.

  • Mandatory Exchange/Refund: In the absence of video proof, the vendor is legally bound to replace/exchange the product for the customer free of cost, or bear the full cost of the refund. Najmuk will not protect the vendor in this case.
